Do you like to buy all your manga and have full collections or do you like to just read online/instores? Why?
For me I prefer buying the manga. A complete series always looks good on a shelf. I also think it serves as a reminder of that series whenever you look at all the books sitting on a shelf. Plus Physical > Digital (at least for me)

I like to buy at least 1 manga from a series I really like as a reminder of the whole series. I buy more than one volume when the series really impresses me, like Otoyomegatari or Aria.

I personally buy all my manga, I like having them to look at but I do most of my reading online. I have my books as a collection, sealed, and some times I do have the urge to feel the paper under my finger tips but most of the time I just read online so I don't mess up my books. I own 815ish so yeah, both is good.
