Horde and Alliance did not cooperate at all during this expansion. This war in BFA has been telegraphed since the broken shore at the beginning of the expansion. Confusion during the attack caused Greymane to go all rabid dog on Sylvanas who then went all "Im going to make you pay for that" on him. The entire time our factions have been bickering in the background with Greymane barking in Manduin's ear trying to nudge him into war. Was nobody paying attention during Legion?
