basically i was thinking and i honestly don't really know where to start with youtube so if you have any advice or anything just to help i will appreciate it some questions i would like answered: 1. what type of camcorder/ recording equipment should i use ? to be honest i have no idea what to use and where to start with equipment  2. how or do you structure them and plan them beforehand? like i said i am completely clueless on how i am meant to make videos and how to make them entertaining or good to watch like should i try to make stop motion for unboxings sometimes or just explain what it comes with and how it looks ? these are my main 2 questions but if you have any other advice i would be very happy to hear it  ~ my channel
i have only made amvs so far so just asking for advice because i want to start to make other videos than amvs like i was hoping to, and it's always nice to get help from people who know how to do it  thank you ~ |

Right now I use a Samsung HMX-F90. It cost me a little over 100 dollars and it films in HD as well. It's not the best HD camera out there, but if it has the right lighting it looks great. Before I was using my digital picture camera to record and while it worked and I was still able to record videos, I think just putting a little money down for a better camera is so worth it.
The best advice I think about actually making the video is just be yourself and go for it. Your first videos might not be awesome, but with practice you will get more comfortable in front of the camera and it will just be easier for you. Also going along with just being yourself is that if you think it's a good idea go for it. If you never try you will never know. You won't be able to please everyone and if you try to you will still fail and it won't be fun for you anymore.

by the way i have been thinking what to get first would you recommend that i get a better recording system or should i just get started with what one i have and buy figures for Christmas because if i get the recording equipment then i won't really be able to get allot of figures because the ones i want cost to much (i don't have job because i'm 15 '-.- and i don't really get a huge amount of money)

As for camera I use a decent digital camera (Canon A2300 IS) with a tripod I found on Amazon to be compatible with it.
Next year for Christmas I do plan on heavily upgrading (Investing in a Sony NEX-F3K Camera with a Manfrotto Tripod)
Render settings also help significantly in changing the quality of your video and almost all video programs have a rendering adjustment setting.
As for unboxings, I actually think about them before I get the product. For instance, My PMMM Figure Reviews. While they were on PO, I would actually doze off or daydream thinking how I would script it, what music I would use, etc.
You could read off of a script but I tend to find myself sounding unnatural.

Sometimes I talk through my recording camera and other times I will do voice overs which is done by my computer mic and the simplest recording program ever that comes with my computer. It's call sound recorder and that's all it does.

(the channel wont just be unboxings it may also include some gaming from non anime related games XD)
only asking for names because i have been thinking for 3 hours for a name and all the ones i come up with are all taken ........
